What I Do

I help owners see what they usually cannot see from inside the business.

Most businesses are underperforming for reasons that are not obvious from the inside.

The numbers may look fine. The team may be busy. Revenue may be coming in.

But that does not always mean the business is operating as well as it could, that risks are fully understood, or that decisions are being made with the right level of visibility.

I look at businesses through the combined lenses of finance, operations, systems, and transactions to identify what is actually driving outcomes and where value is being lost, hidden, or left undeveloped.

This perspective comes from years spent inside businesses, transactions, and complex operating environments.

I have spent more than 30 years examining businesses across finance, operations, systems, strategy, and transactions.

The way I analyze a business is shaped by how sophisticated buyers, investors, and experienced operators actually evaluate companies, not by how owners usually see them day to day.

That matters because many of the issues that reduce performance, create risk, or suppress value do not show up clearly until someone knows exactly where to look.
